S.C. Watson (Shane) is a freelance illustrator who lives and works on Orcas Island, north of Seattle and east of Victoria, B.C.

He has been illustrating for a variety of clients, including Mongoose Publishing, Wizards of the Coast, Fantasy Flight Games, and Malfador Machinations, and self-publishing authors for more than 20 years.
